Postgraduate research scholarship from the Government of Australia

The Government of Australia through the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR) offers a scholarship program called the International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS). These scholarships provide an opportunity to international candidates, except for Australia and New Zealand, for postgraduate studies and research at universities in the land of Kangaroos.

Each year, there are 330 scholarships are offered, including the level of S-2 and S-3. This scholarship covers tuition fees, living allowances, graduate and health costs.

The requirement is adapted to every university that is sent by the candidates. Therefore, it is important to first get the information from the other universities are enrolled in Higher Education Providers (HEPs) in Australia.

Each year, an application was closed sometime in July-October, depending on the country of origin of the candidate. More information about this scholarship can be seen on the official Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR).
